A welcome basket with your first breakfast, snacks, coffee, tea, local coupons will be waiting for your arrival. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you could want. We also have a pantry filled with cooking and baking basics, so you don’t have to buy something like a whole jar of spices or oil to make a wonderful meal. The deck has a charcoal grill and ample seating for your group. Don’t feel like cooking? Our guest resource book is filled with menus from local restaurants.

The main floor bedroom has a new, queen sized Serta mattress and desk. The additional main floor bedroom has a fold out sofa-bed with a comfy, memory foam mattress. Upstairs, you’ll find a large garret-style bedroom with both queen and full sized beds and an ensuite bath. Children will also enjoy the ‘Kid’s Kubby,’ filled with Thomas the Train table, doll house and other toys.
Sheridan Back – Flag Stone and White Rock
There are numerous corner coffee shops and the nearby downtown area is filled with eclectic restaurants, pubs, galleries and shops. There is a major bus line 3 blocks from the house. The cottage has its own private and secure parking spot. The Colorado Springs airport is a short, 10 minute drive from the house.
