To be really honest, I get excited by just the name of the most recent coffee shop to open in the Old North End neighborhood. Good Neighbors has a beautifully friendly vibe to it. It’s in the middle of a residential neighborhood, which is atypical. This street is within walking distance of our Weber Street properties, and it’s a much quieter coffee house than many of the others downtown because of its location.

The spaces and seating are clean and open, and it’s a wonderful place to sit and relax, work, meet an old friend, or even meet somebody new!

Good Neighbors has a food menu as well, so breakfast, lunch and appetizers are available. And like so many fantastic coffee places here in the Springs, they have wine and beer (and other alcohol) available as well. Their location is prime for a quiet evening drink with friends, or a late night snack and some decaf coffee.
